TERMS OF SERVICE

I will recite these to you before payment.
Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms.

PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to payment being 100% upfront no matter the cost. I WILL NOT BEGIN ON YOUR COMMISSION UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECIEVED.
2. Currency is to be in USD.
3. If you are paying in ROBUX, let me know beforehand; and how much you are paying. Customer understands that I have every right to decline if I believe you are underpricing my work. I WILL NOT ALWAYS ACCEPT ROBUX AS A FORM OF PAYMENT.REVISIONS
4. 3 free major revisions during the sketch phase. You are allowed to request mistakes I've made as I'm sending you updates; free of charge; regardless of it's severity.
5. Major revisions after sketching/lineart is completed is a +$15 upcharge.
6. Minor adjustments (ex. eyecolor change) are free of charge.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
7. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me.REFUND POLICY
9. Customer has every right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for 2 consecutive weeks, or when the commission has not been completed within 1-2 month(s).
10. Customer obliges to contact me in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
11. Customer agrees for their recieved artwork to be for personal use only, you must tell me BEFOREHAND if you're using it for commercial use, this will be a +$65 upcharge.
12. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
13. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the customer in the future.
